Jimmy Longacre has been working as a comp / storyboard artist since he began his freelance illustration career in1983. All of our work is done, now, in Adobe Photoshop on Macintosh systems using a Wacom interactive drawing tablet. I haven't used markers for over 5 years.

I build my work in layered Photoshop files, working from thumbnail to finish in the same file. This allows quick integration of photographs and manual painting and drawing techniques. Changes and modifications are quickly achieved, and up-to-date images are easily shared with clients.

Jobs may be sent via email or fax. We have a high-speed broadband connection to the internet; in fact, working remotely has proven so successful that we have suspended offering in-house service.
